1. ePoints 是一個積分記錄系統，不是現金錢包，也沒有票據價值。 客戶無權向阿茂提出任何形式的追償或索賠。
2. ePoints的賺取方式及兌換禮品的形式將不時更新。 客戶不能對相關差異進行任何形式的追索或賠償。
3. 兌換成ePoints的優惠券只能在mall.uncle-e.co.uk使用一次，不能兌換現金或任何形式的追索或賠償。
4. ePoint 和所有兌換的優惠券的有效期限為 12 個月。 過期的積分和優惠券將自動從系統中取消，恕不另行通知，敬請請注意。
5. 在「UncleE」網站mall.uncle-e.co.uk獲得的積分和兌換的優惠券不能在「UncleE」網站 uncle-e.co.uk、阿茂的經銷商、市集等其他地方使用，反之亦然。
6. 阿茂保留隨時停止 ePoints 計劃的權利。 所有賺取的積分或兌換的優惠券將立即註銷，恕不另行通知。 同時，客戶不能尋求任何形式的追索或賠償。
7. 客戶必須確認向我們提供的所有資料均為完整、準確及最新的資料。如客戶的個人資料有任何變動，請在mall.uncle-e.co.uk更新個人資料，以便接收我們發出的任何訊息。
8. 客戶不能將自己的積分出售、交換、轉移或轉讓予任何人。
9. 如有退款，客戶在有關購物中賺取的積分將從該客戶的賬戶中扣除。
10. 我們可能會不時更新這些條款。 如果這些條款有任何重大變更，我們將透過我們的網站或社交平台上以公告的方式通知客戶。 如果客戶在我們發送通知後繼續使用客戶的帳戶，則表示客戶同意我們修改後的條款。 如果客戶不同意修改後的內容，客戶可以隨時選擇註銷帳戶或停止使用我們的服務。
11. 註銷帳戶後，所有累積積分及尚未領取的獎賞將會作廢
12. 本條款和我們的私隱政策是用中文編寫，可以翻譯成英文或任何其他語言。如中文版本與任何翻譯版本之間有任何歧義，概以中文版本為準。
13. 如客戶對本條款有任何疑問，請發電郵至cs@uncle-e.co.uk查詢。
14. 如有任何爭議，阿茂保留最終裁決權。

5. 要換取即時優惠（每500 ePoints 扣減 GBP1）請在主頁按“Redeem", 並選擇換取數量。

   

    

6. 你亦可在“Ways to Earn" 中按“Redeem" 換取其他優惠。所有優惠以 Discount Coupon 形式發出。你可以自Copy Discount Code 並在結賬時輸入。式是按“Apply Code" 系統會自動替你填上。

   

    

ePoints Terms of Use

1. ePoints is a points recording system, not a cash wallet, and has no note value. The customer has no right to make any form of recovery or claim against Uncle E.
2. The method of earning ePoints and the form of redeeming gifts will be updated from time to time. The customer cannot make any form of recovery or claim for the relevant differences.
3. The coupons exchanged for ePoints can only be used once at mall.uncle-e.co.uk and cannot be exchanged for cash or any form of claim.
4. ePoints and all redeemed coupons are valid for 12 months. Expired points and coupons will be automatically canceled from the system without further notice.
5. The points earned and the coupons redeemed on the "Uncle E Mall" website mall.uncle-e.co.uk only. They cannot be used in other places such as the "Uncle E" website uncle-e.co.uk, our local distributors, popup markets, etc. and vice versa.
6. Uncle E reserves the right to stop the ePoints program at any time. All points earned or coupons exchanged will be immediately expired without further notice. At the same time, the customer cannot pursue any form of recovery or claim.
7. Customers must confirm that all information provided to us is complete, accurate and up-to-date. If there are any changes to the customer's personal information, please update the personal information at mall.uncle-e.co.uk in order to receive any messages from us.
8. Customers cannot sell, exchange, transfer or assign their points to anyone.
9. In the event of a refund, the points earned by the customer on the relevant purchase will be deducted from the customer's account.
10. We may update these Terms from time to time. If there are any major changes to these terms, we will notify customers by announcing them on our website or social platforms. If the customer continues to use the customer's account after we send the notice, the customer agrees to our revised terms. If the customer does not agree to the amendments, the customer may choose to cancel the customer's account at any time.
11. After canceling the account, all accumulated points and unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
12. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are written in Chinese and may be translated into English or any other language. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese version and any translated version, the Chinese version shall prevail.

14. In case of any dispute, Uncle E reserves the right of final decision.
